The goal was to improve the online experience for performers and attendees while reflecting the excitement and personality of the Fringe Festival.

As project lead, I directed the creative strategy for the festival’s digital presence, ensuring all visuals, tone, and content aligned with the playful and dynamic brand identity. I worked closely with partners to develop campaign assets, improve content discoverability, and optimise social sharing opportunities. A key highlight was redesigning the site to make event information and ticketing easy to access, while also encouraging performers and attendees to share their schedules and experiences online, boosting organic engagement.

The project resulted in higher digital engagement, improved satisfaction for both audiences and performers, and stronger awareness of the festival online. This case study demonstrates how strategic creative direction and social-focused content can enhance audience experience, build community, and amplify brand presence.
