The Challenge

I spearheaded efforts to elevate Cuba Dupa’s brand awareness through a series of unique and impactful digital marketing campaigns, alongside targeted branding initiatives. Our aim was to enhance accessibility to event information and generate significant buzz across social media platforms.

The Solution

Combining creative vision with strategic partnership management, I led a comprehensive website redesign and development project in collaboration with a brand agency. Together, we conducted extensive research and strategy sessions to develop user personas, wireframes, style guides, and a sitemap. We introduced an innovative interactive itinerary feature, enabling attendees to personalize schedules and share them, resulting in unprecedented website engagement.

Collaborating closely with the brand agency and other partners, I ensured alignment of creative vision with our overarching brand strategy. They developed my brand ideas into a creative campaign used for posters and other marketing materials. Regular strategy sessions were conducted to optimize campaign performance, with continuous feedback and performance monitoring driving ongoing improvements. The outcome surpassed expectations, drawing over 100,000 attendees to Cuba Dupa and showcasing our ability to leverage strategic insights and creative solutions for remarkable event success.
